HOW DO WE WORK?
1. BRIEFING: We call you and ask a few questions that helps us to understand your needs. We can send you a form if is easier for you.
2. CONFIRMATION: We will confirm your final request and get in touch if we have any questions.
3. BRAINSTORM: Our team will gather ideas based on your needs and budget to create a couple of incentive trips.
4. PROPOSAL: We will present our 2 o 3 best ideas and destinations.
5. FOLLOW UP: We’ll schedule a follow up call to discuss questions you might have and then make any adjustment to create the final itinerary.
6. SITE INSPECTION: Once confirmed we can plan a site inspection if required.
7. BOOKING: We’ll send you the agreement to sign, arrange financial transfers, and will put holds on hotel rooms, restaurants, venues, excursions, transportation and staff.
8. EXECUTE: We will have a dedicated Program Manager on-site during the incentive program to oversee the experience and manage any last minute requests
